A Redding man has been arrested for lighting two cars on fire at a car lot. At 8:30AM Monday morning Redding Fire Department was called to Park Marina Motors. Fortunately two witnesses alerted employees, who were able to extinguish most of the flames, and only one car was damaged, with cost of repairs estimated at $500. Interviews and surveillance footage led fire investigators to identify 31-year-old Cecil Lawrence Baugher as their suspect. He was arrested at around Noon Wednesday and reportedly confessed to intentionally lighting the fires.
