Southbound traffic on Interstate Five will be stopped intermittently near the Northern Shasta County line again overnight Tuesday, as it was Monday night. Road crews are placing several girders at the Sims Road undercrossing between the hours on 10PM and 5AM. Southbound travelers can expect to be stopped for up to 20 minutes.
