Somebody was traveling on the wrong side of the freeway overnight. At around 12:30AM multiple 9-1-1 callers reported a small pickup truck traveling north in the southbound lanes of Interstate Five. Just after a caller reported seeing the wrong way driver pass Sunset Hills, the pickup ended up in the center divider next to the Cottonwood Scales. The unidentified driver was arrested and taken to Tehama County Jail.
