Several lightning fires have sparked in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Most of the fires are very small, with the largest detected being about 3 acres south of Bonanza King and north of Trinity Lake. The five separate fires are being attacked by various means depending on their accessibility as most are in very remote areas.
