A parolee has been busted with drugs after being stopped on his bicycle for a petty violation, according to Redding Police. At 10:45 Monday night 34-year-old Jon Dale Hubert was stopped near Market and South streets for riding without a headlight. When the officers learned Hubert is on post release supervision, they searched him, allegedly finding about two ounces of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail for possession of drugs for sale, and for violating the terms of his release.
