The next election is still 4 weeks away, but if you don’t want to wait, the Shasta County Elections Office is now accepting ballots in their office. Any registered voter in Shasta County can vote now through election day at 1643 Market Street. They’re open weekdays from 8AM to 5PM. Vote-by-mail ballots are now being sent out. If you signed up and haven’t received yours by May 17th call the Election Department at 225-5730.
