An accused flasher has been taken into custody at a Redding department store. Redding Police were called Wednesday to Ross Dress For Less at the south end of Hilltop Drive. Multiple employees and customers had reported that 38-year-old Joseph Rivera repeatedly exposed his genitals to them. He was still in the store when officers arrived. One of the customers pointed him out and agreed to sign a citizen’s arrest. Rivera, who’s from the San Francisco Bay Area, was booked into jail for indecent exposure.
