A man convicted in Shasta County for continuously threatening and harassing his neighbors apparently brought his neighborly ways to Tehama County. 54-year-old Scott Cochran’s probation was transferred there when he moved. After running his vehicle off the road, he threatened people in the area. When CHP Officers got there he challenged them to fight and attacked them. One officer suffered a chipped tooth. Cochran has been sentenced to 3 years 8 months in state prison.
