An Oklahoma woman is continuing her search for her mother, who’s been missing since 1993 and might be in Redding. Brandy Chapman has been following leads in hopes of finding her long-lost mother, 50-year-old Shelly Jennings, who apparently suffers from mental illness. Chapman is hoping she can find her and help her and she says she refuses to quit searching. She’s followed leads to Modesto, as well as Redding.
