A man with a red mohawk is still at large after he allegedly stabbed a man to death in North Redding Sunday. At 11:15AM officers were sent to Yogi Court off of White River Drive in the neighborhood south of Caterpillar Road. When they arrived the victim was already dead. His name has not been released. Police were told by witnesses that the killer had fled on foot. A search was done of the area with help from K-9s, sheriff’s deputies and a CHP helicopter but the suspect wasn’t found. Corey Leon Willyard is a 26-year-old white man, 5-Foot-6 and 150 pounds with red hair. When he fled he was wearing a black t-shirt and blue pajama bottoms. His photo is on our Facebook page.
