A half-dozen people were arrested Thursday for failing to pay child support in Tehama County. The D.A.’s Office did a warrant sweep of people who failed to appear in court on the issue. A man from Corning, a woman from Corning and 4 men from Red Bluff were hauled before a judge to face civil contempt charges.
