No new discoveries were made over the weekend in the suspicious disappearance of a 34-year-old mother. The last known sighting of Sherri Papini was at 2 O’clock Wednesday afternoon when she was seen jogging alone on Sunrise Drive. Her cell phone was later found near the intersection of Old Oregon Trail and Sunrise Drive along with ear buds and other items the sheriff’s office is not making public. Sherri is 5-foot-4 and 100 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Photos are on our Facebook page. The sheriff’s office major crimes unit has been checking on local sex offenders and parolees. Detectives and deputies have been combing the area for evidence and have talked to many area residents to learn if anyone saw anything out of the ordinary or if anyone has surveillance cameras they can review.
