Anderson Police say that for the second time in a week, someone has parked a stolen car right in front of one of their officers at the Anderson Wal-Mart. It happened last Tuesday and it happened again Sunday. A Cottonwood couple, Anthony and Kelly Foster, allegedly drove to Wal-Mart and parked a stolen Honda Civic directly in front of an APD Officer in a marked patrol car. After the Fosters went in the store the officer found that the car was stolen so the Fosters were located inside and arrested. Both have numerous prior arrests, mostly for drugs, and Kelly is on Shasta County’s Most Wanted list. She told officers she bought the car the previous day, but the owner said he never heard of the couple.
