A mother is facing felony charges after crashing her car in East Redding with her toddler inside. Just after one O’clock Thursday afternoon Redding Police were called to Conifer Way off of Victor. 28-year-old Brigette Bowling-Jordan had reportedly lost control and her car left the road, struck a power pole and sheared it off, then smashed into a city electric box. Her 2-year-old son was in the car but neither of them was injured. Police determined that Bowling-Jordan was intoxicated and she was arrested for DUI and felony child endangerment.
